Day 51-Break it Down
As we continue to lay our gentle blueprints, today we focus on breaking down the vision. Take your new vision and gently break it down into smaller, more manageable components. What are the key areas you want to focus on? Remember, this isn't about creating an exhaustive list right now, but rather identifying broad categories that resonate with your heart's desires. Think of it like sketching out the main rooms of a house before detailing each one. This approach helps prevent overwhelm and makes the grand vision feel more accessible.
Weekly Affirmation
I gently lay blueprints for my vision, rebuilding my life with intentional and kind steps.
Somatic Space
Stand tall, or sit with your spine straight. Close your eyes and visualize your grand vision as a beautiful, expansive landscape. Now, gently imagine dividing that landscape into smaller, more focused gardens or pathways. Feel the sense of order and calm that comes from simplifying. Breathe deeply into this feeling of gentle organization.
Daily Scripture
"So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work." — Nehemiah 4:6 (KJV)
Nehemiah's people rebuilt the wall piece by piece, demonstrating the power of breaking a large task into manageable parts. Their collective "mind to work" came from seeing the vision in smaller, achievable segments. As you break down your vision, cultivate that same focused intention, knowing each piece contributes to the whole.
