Day 73- Find Your Anchor
As our time together winds down, it's the perfect opportunity to reflect on what has truly anchored you on this journey. The goal isn't to take a list of practices with you, but to identify the ones that have become a part of your being—the ones that feel less like a task and more like a return to yourself.
Think about the moments that have felt most nourishing. Was there a specific type of breathing that instantly calmed your nervous system? Or perhaps a simple journaling prompt that brought unexpected clarity? For many, the most powerful practices are not grand gestures but small, consistent acts of self-care. It might be a mindful moment that grounds you, such as truly tasting your morning coffee, or a dedicated time for prayer that brings a deep sense of peace and connection.
These core practices are your lifelines. They are the tools you've found that support you, not just during guided sessions, but in the chaos of everyday life. They are the quiet anchors that keep you steady when the world feels turbulent.
Weekly Affirmation
I lovingly integrate my wisdom, weaving stillness and peace into every moment of my life.
Somatic Space
Bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales. With each inhale, imagine drawing in nourishment and ease. With each exhale, release any tension or resistance. Allow your breath to become a core practice you can always return to.
Daily Scripture and Application
"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful." -Colossians 3:15
Throughout your day, consciously return to one of your identified core practices for a brief moment. Notice how it brings you back to a sense of peace and presence.
