Heart Centered
As you illuminate your path forward with a new vision, understanding your core values becomes paramount. These aren't just buzzwords; they are the fundamental principles that guide your decisions, shape your character, and define what truly matters to you. What values are central to your new vision? Is it freedom, connection, creativity, peace, growth, or generosity? Use these values as a compass when making choices throughout your week. When faced with a decision, big or small, pause and ask: "Does this align with my core values?" This simple question can bring immense clarity and ensure that your actions are in harmony with the future you are gently dreaming. This isn't about perfection, but about making more compassionate and conscious choices that lead you closer to your desired life.

Heart-Centered Decision-Making
Bring to mind a simple decision you need to make today. Place a hand on your heart. Take a few deep breaths. Think about one option and notice how your body feels. Then think about the other option and notice your body's response. Does one option feel expansive, light, or calm in your heart space? Does the other feel constricted or heavy? Trust these subtle physical cues.
