Day 52-Small Steps

Beloved traveler, with your vision now gently broken down into components, today's focus is on identifying gentle first steps. For each component, what is the smallest, kindest first step you can take? Overwhelm is often a byproduct of feeling like we need to take monumental leaps. But true progress is often found in consistent, gentle beginnings. Think of the first tender shoot emerging from a seed – it's small, yet full of promise. What's your "tender shoot" for each area of your vision?

Weekly Affirmation

I gently lay blueprints for my vision, rebuilding my life with intentional and kind steps.

Somatic Space

Stand or sit comfortably. Bring to mind one small, kind first step you could take. Imagine yourself effortlessly taking that step, feeling the ease and lack of pressure. Notice any resistance in your body, and gently breathe into it, inviting release and ease. Repeat this with another small step.

Daily Scripture

"The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;" — Isaiah 61:1 (KJV)

This verse speaks of starting with a mission, however grand, one step at a time – reaching out to the meek, binding the brokenhearted. Our gentle first steps are often acts of service to ourselves or our aspirations, small movements that initiate a larger, freeing process. Don't underestimate the power of a tiny beginning.
