Name the Tenderness
Week 4, Day 23
Yesterday, you began to unearth. Today, let's practice naming with tenderness. What specific thought or fear feels heavy or restrictive for you right now? Perhaps it's a fear of not being good enough, or a lingering resentment from a past interaction. The power isn't analyzing it, but simply in acknowledging its presence. Can you name this burden without judgment, as if you're observing a cloud passing by? What might happen if you allowed yourself to release this burden, even for just a moment? Notice any subtle shifts in your inner landscape when you do.
Weekly Affirmation
I gently excavate and release what no longer serves my highest good, creating spaciousness for new growth.
Daily Scripture
Nehemiah 8:10 (KJV) - "Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength."
This verse encourages us not to dwell in sorrow over what we carry, but to find strength in God's joy as we acknowledge and prepare to release.
