Your blueprints should explicitly include practices for rest, stillness, and self-compassion. These are not luxuries; they are essential building blocks for sustainable growth and joy. Just as a sturdy house needs a strong foundation, your vision needs the unwavering support of your well-being. What rest spaces or stillness practices will you intentionally build into your plan?

Find a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath. As you inhale, imagine drawing in peace and calm. As you exhale, release any tension or worries.
