Rest & Reflect
Week 2, Day 14
Hold Space
As this week of self-inventory concludes, simply hold space for all that you've observed. You've bravely looked at your inner world, acknowledging its diverse elements – from your strengths and passions to areas where you desire growth, and even those lingering thoughts or feelings you usually push aside. This isn't about judgment or fixing; it's about gentle acknowledgment. You've done the deep work of seeing yourself, perhaps more clearly than before. Rest in this awareness. Allow yourself to just be present with the beautiful, complex, and evolving person you are, without immediate pressure to change anything. This act of compassionate presence is a powerful foundation for everything that comes next
Weekly Affirmation
