Taking Inventory

Week 2, Day 8

Beloved traveler, as we step into this new week, our journey shifts to a deeper self-inventory. This isn't about judgment, but about recognizing the unique tapestry of who you are right now. We'll explore your thoughts, unique traits, likes, and opportunities for growth, simply holding space for awareness. Just as a gardener first observes their plot, let's look at what's currently growing within you.

Weekly Affirmation

I lovingly observe my whole self—my thoughts, my unique traits, my likes, and my opportunities for growth—holding gentle space for all that I am, knowing that this awareness is the first step to cultivating my thriving truth.

Daily Scripture

Psalm 139:14 (KJV) "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." This verse reminds us of the inherent value and intricate design of our being, encouraging a non-judgmental approach to self-observation.

Journal Prompts:

  • What does it mean to you to "hold space" for who you are, without judgment?

  • As you begin this deeper self-inventory, what aspect of yourself are you most curious to observe?

  • Imagine your inner world as a garden. What's one prominent "plant" you notice today?
