Today, let's gently observe your thoughts. Notice not just what you think, but how you think. Are your thoughts typically optimistic, cynical, practical, or imaginative? There's no need to change them, just become the calm observer of the patterns that run through your mind.

I lovingly observe my whole self—my thoughts, my unique traits, my likes, and my opportunities for growth—holding gentle space for all that I am, knowing that this awareness is the first step to cultivating my thriving truth.

Daily Scripture

Philippians 4:8 (KJV) "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
