Day 84 - With Gratitude

Beloved traveler, you did it !! You have arrived at the final day of this 12-week cycle. As you reflect on the journey you've undertaken—from setting your initial intentions to now considering how to sustain your growth—I want to express my deepest thankfulness for having been a part of it. It has been an honor to walk alongside you, even in a small way, as you navigated this path of self-discovery and transformation. Please know that this is not an ending, but rather a significant milestone in an ongoing journey.

Think of the themes we've explored together: setting intention, taking inventory, delving into self, excavating the past, honoring your story, cultivating compassion, envisioning the future, creating blueprints, finding quiet strength, taking brave steps, and integrating your experiences. These aren't isolated topics, but threads woven together to create the rich and unique tapestry of your life. As you look at the beautiful patterns you've created, I hope you feel a sense of awe and deep gratitude for the courage you’ve shown in facing yourself with such honesty and grace.

As you move forward, there will be times of challenge and times of ease, moments of clarity and moments of uncertainty. It is in these moments that the compassion you've cultivated will be your greatest ally. Remember the wisdom you've gained, the practices you've cultivated, and the self-compassion you've nurtured. Trust in your inner resources. The journey of gentle growth continues, unfolding with each breath you take.

It's been a profound privilege to witness your commitment to this work. Embrace the ongoing tapestry of your life with curiosity, kindness, and unwavering self-trust. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have shared this part of the path with you. May your journey continue to be filled with light and love.

Weekly Affirmation

I honor my journey of growth, gently sustaining my practices and stepping forward with inner wisdom.

Somatic Space

Take a moment to notice your posture. Is there a place where you are holding tension? Gently and with kindness, release your shoulders down your back, soften your jaw, and lengthen your spine. Simply notice the sensation of releasing tension and creating space.

Scripture & Application

"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." - Galatians 6:9

Your healing journey is a beautiful act of doing good for yourself. Remember that the practices you've learned are not meant to be a burden but a way of tending to your soul. Don't grow weary of this gentle tending. Keep watering your inner garden with kindness, and you will continue to see beautiful fruit.
