I was pursuing my dreams in medicine, a star employee, seemingly making a difference – you know, checking all the boxes. I believed at the time that I was chasing my dreams and bringing good to the world in the process.

Then, life threw a curve ball, and those words came back with undeniable force. I had to rise to the challenge of radical honesty, asking myself the tough questions. Was I truly pursuing my dreams with fierce intention, or was I simply conforming to the expectations of others and society?

In that deep dive, I realized that while I was indeed chasing a dream, it was an outdated one, possibly stemming from societal pressures. It belonged to a former version of myself. And if I was courageously stepping into a new iteration of who I am, I had to bravely release the dreams that no longer resonated with my evolving spirit.

The core of my dream, my fundamental purpose, remains vibrant: to be a healer, to stand alongside those who are passionately committed to transforming the world with love and unwavering compassion. That will forever be my guiding star, illuminating every path I choose to explore.

But here's the empowering truth: God's grace offers us continuous, exhilarating opportunities for renewal and purposeful redirection.
